The second bedroom in the house, where the second living room resides, is also named after Groom, a German engineer who created the famous double helix.

The house can be found in the woods of rural Germany.

The house was originally built in 1928 when a young Robert Horkheimer, who was still at the University of California at Berkeley, came on a tour of Germany for a lecture.

It was one of hundreds of building work at the Horkheimer Museum after World War II that were banned by the German government and occupied by German military and intelligence officials.

The house is now being renovated and will be in use by the museum in 2018, a date which coincides with World War II’s centenary.

A new building was built at the home earlier this year, with a view to seeing the house from here.
